社交媒体运营官 Your Challenge 岗位职责

Content marketing operations planning and idea creation 制定微信、微博的推广策略与运营策略,并负责执行实施 

Weibo account operations with daily postings according to the content marketing plan 执行每日官微发文 

Compiling the postings’ content (selecting pictures, phrasing captions, defining and setting hashtags etc.) in cooperation with the graphic designers; putting postings online according to the content marketing schedule 更新维护微信、微博,增加粉丝数,提高关注度,提高粉丝活跃度,与微信、微博的 粉丝做好互动,对微信、微博粉丝的网络行为进行分析和总结 

Sina Blog and Sohu Blog account operations with daily postings according to the content marketing plan 执行每日新浪博客和搜狐博客的发文 

Setting up, executing and monitoring special social media activities such as but not limited to prize games, lotteries, eCommerce and offline promotion support etc. 定期与粉丝互动,策划并执行相关线上和线下的推广活动,通过有效运营手段提升关 注度,达成营销目标。

Optimizing the account set-up for using the Weibo platform’s capabilities in content marketing most effectively 更新提升微博使用体验 

Continuous monitoring and regular reporting about the content marketing activities and results; drawing conclusions for improvements accordingly 监测和定期报告内容营销活动和结果 

Proactively managing the brand’s follower community by triggering and taking part in the followers’ discussions, responding to comments and questions, and making suggestions concerning the brand’s performance and improvements based on the followers’ feedback 挖掘和分析网友使用习惯、情感及体验感受,及时掌握新闻热点,能够完成专题策划

Your Profile 岗位要求

Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent qualification 大专及以上市场营销学相关专业学历 

Min. 2 years of experience in operating Weibo accounts in consumer-goods industries 2年以上微博运营工作经验 

Deep and profound expertise in setting up, optimizing and operating Weibo accounts for maximizing its marketing effects 熟知微博、微信各类应用知识、技巧及传播规律;  Profound expertise in incorporating SEO-relevant elements in post design and layout  精通 SEO 等相关知识 

Experience in operating accounts on Sina Blog and Sohu Blog 熟知新浪博客和搜狐博客的运营 

Extensive expertise about all kinds of application knowledge, skills and communication rules of social media platforms (especially Weibo, Sina Blog and Sohu Blog) 精通其他社媒应用知识、技巧及传播规律 

Extensive holistic knowledge about digital marketing and online promotions in the Chinese market 了解中国市场的数据市场学和在线促销 

Familiar with other social media platforms such as but not limited to WeChat, Douyin and Xiaohongshu 了解其他社媒平台,例如抖音,小红书 

Continuously keeping up-to-date with new developments and changes in the social media platforms’ opportunities and capabilities 不断洞悉社媒平台变化动态以及发展前景 Highly creative and insightful to new things, new events and entertainment 对新事物有高度创造性和洞察力 

Good coordination skills and planning ability 良好的计划能力 

Content marketing operations planning and idea creation 制定微信、微博的推广策略与运营策略,并负责执行实施 

Weibo account operations with daily postings according to the content marketing plan 执行每日官微发文 
