Research岗位职责
EMBA Marketing Manager-北京-00326 中欧国际工商学院 中欧国际工商学院 Job Major Responsibilities:
1、 Develop and implement the marketing plan, including: advertising, events, and publications;
2、 Keep up-to-date with market trends and conduct relevant research to feed into the marketing strategy on a regular basis;
3、Receive EMBA inquiries by telephone, on-site visit etc professionally;
4、 Follow up with EMBA inquiries and applications.
Job Basic Requirements:
1、 Knowledge/Qualifications:
Knowledgeable, articulate and friendly manner with the ability to work with the different functions of the school community;
Ability to communicate and promote the school’s image to individuals and large groups with confidence and flair;
A degree in marketing preferred.
2、 Technical Skills:
Target focused, extremely organized and effective in developing and implementing marketing plans to attract potential students;
Well developed analytical and research skills with the ability to conduct research in order to understand what influences and persuades targets to choose an EMBA programme;
Creative and innovative. Capable of “selling” the school in the marketing plan;
Excellent communication interpersonal skills;
Ability to produce statistical data and eva luate it in data base or excel formats;
Ability to work independently and as part of the admissions team;
A skilled user of Microsoft Office programmes;
Good written and oral English.
3、Experience:
Experience in an admissions/marketing/sales role is highly desirable;
Proven experience of marketing and external communications, preferably with a MNC;
An interest in education and working within an educational environment.
4、 Special Factors:
Flexibility to attend courses, Open Days etc. outside of normal work hours;
A good attendance and punctuality record.
