Production Engineer-外资500强化工 Location: (site, country, region or global as applicable )Shanghai, China
Purpose of Role (high level summary of why does position exists and what value it adds to the organization)
Ensure all production lines run smoothly and compliance with company EHS and Quality requirements
Responsibilities (key activities and decisions for which only this role is accountable)
Establish standard operating conditions and monitor standard operation procedures (SOP)implementation. Periodically launch the review and optimization of SOP
Set up, mend and optimize production workshops management rules and regulation
Be responsible for reducing production cost and waste, improving production efficiency, operation safety and products quality via implementing 5S, optimizing process, modifying facilities and creative solutions
Keep good communication with shift teams and ensure all the production instructions are fully performed
Provide operation training to operators and conduct operation job annual qualification
Provide shift team supports on trouble-shooting timely
Leverage and manage manpower for shift team according to production plan
Collaborate with other departments closely in term of new products trial run, PE project and products quality improvement etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Training (degree, training, or certification required)
Bachelor degree or above with major in polymer/chemical engineering or related, familiar with SAP is perfect.
Experience (technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required)
At least 3 years' working experiences in chemical industry
Competencies (key functional, leadership, or business competencies required)
Good written and verbal communication skills, English proficiency is plus.
Ability to corporation and communication with different function and people
Be aware of process safety management and risk management
