人事主管-知名外资自动化巨头 Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leader and hiring managers to execute on the hiring plan and strategy.

• Actively manage relationships with hiring managers by setting clear expectations, managing risks, following up and setting clear deadlines and responsibilities during the recruiting process.

• Lead the whole candidate experience to ensure that the sourcing, recruiting, offer, onboarding and communication processes run smoothly contributing to a positive candidate experience and to the employer equity.

• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to management team.

• Partner with the HR leaders, design, develop and implement changes to drive continuous improvement through development and implementation of HR programs.

• Support business leaders in effective people management and performance coaching.

• Partner with HR team to support business unit initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of HR experience for manufacturing facility

• 3+ years in HR recruitment specialist role. Understand and familiar with the general hiring process and knowledge required in multi-national companies.

• Hands-on person with “can do” attitude.

• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.

• Fluent in English speaking, excellent in English writing and reading.
