strategic buyer Responsibility:
1, Develop and execute the sourcing strategy for assigned category in line with the growth strategy of company, ensure the deliverables are achieved on-time.
2, Lead the new supplier development and framework agreement and price negotiation, build and manage the partnership with preferred suppliers to ensure the sufficient and continuous supply of qualified goods at a most competitive cost.
3, Drive continuous cost reduction by utility of various strategic sourcing methodologies and CBS tool
4, Conduct advance procurement at contract pre-award stage to support sales team in winning the bid and improving the margin.
5, Support Operation Buyers and Global Category Manager and other functions in achieving high efficient purchasing and supplier management.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. 3+ years working experience in manufacturing industry
3 1+ years experience in purchasing or project management
4. Familiar with HHEL products and vendor network in the industry
5. Good knowledge on Contract Regulation
