HPDC压铸模具采购工程师 英文流利 汽车 Position Name: Tooling Project Coordinator Aluminum Business Unit
The responsible person assists in the operative coordination and organization of the mold procurement between Bocar Group Mexico and the suppliers. The focus is on awarding, technical execution, punctual construction, acceptance and delivery of the molds.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES ( Aluminum Business Unit)
-Develop key suppliers for HPDC and SPM.
-Review capacity and quality qualification of supplier.
-Maintain open and good communication at all level with supplier.
-Participate in Strategy meeting with Bocar procurement area.
-Support quotations process out of Mexico.
-Participate of sourcing of new dies for China.
-Technical Kick Off at supplier’s site.
-Drawing and database verification.
-Tracking and lead time of delivery.
-Maintain communication with Mexico for development of die.
-Ensure supplier maintains Bocar technical standard. (Steel, Heat Treatment, RFQ specification).
-Administrate GOM reports at supplier.
-Prerelease die in accordance with technical specifications.
-Release die on site.
-Support in administrative task as required.
-Coordinate logistic of die shipment to Mexico.
Mold Suppliers.
Exchange information, influence, negotiate, motivate, persuade and conflict resolution. Daily, weekly.
Tooling Procurement and Engineering.
Exchange of information, conflict resolution Daily, weekly.
Specify the language and the minimum level required.
English 100% (It is Must)
Spanish (It is Plus)
Other Knowledge required.
Project Management
Minimum experience required.
Tooling Experience
Automotive Industry Experience
Knowledge on Tooling Parts function
Technical Drawing Interpretation
Catia Design or Basic Magma
