Continuously monitor automotive regulation status and support developing compliance plan for all APAC markets.
Focus and collect China APAC vehicle standards on emissions and ICV.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to conduct new regulations analysis and collect feedbacks
Attend regulation working group meetings to catch up standards status, provide accurate information and interpretation to global team in time
Release forms /bulletins for new technical regulations
Support homologation/PD/planning team on projects investigation and development.
Support emission certification compliance analysis (OBD, AECD, PVE, In-use, etc.)
Follow and update APAC markets environmental and ICV regulations
Follow and update quarterly regulation newsletter
Create and publish Regulations forms / bulletins
Develop standard template to summary and report working groups information
Create reports to compare China/APAC regulations with Euro/US
Monthly internal meeting to report regulation highlights
Transparent communication with management and team members
Requirement:
Bachelor degree in mechanical/automotive engineering
Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in automotive regulation or homologation
Skills Competence:
1) Familiar with environmental regulation and certification requirements (emission, FC, SOC, ELV)
2) Knowledge of OBD and AECD is preferred.
3) Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit.
4) High integrity with self-motivated, work independently and proactively with limited supervision
5) Good communication skills on new regulation/policy interpretation
6) Fluent communication in both written and spoken English
7) Domestic/oversea travels may be needed.
